Your order is being shipped from the U.K.
Your order is handmade in our small workshop and can take up to 4 weeks to make and send out in some instances but in the most part shipping is much quicker. We aim for 1-2 weeks on all orders where possible.
Here are the estimated shipping times: (These are expected delivery times after the order has left us)
U.K : 2-3 business days
United States : 10 - 14 business days
Australia : 10-17 business days
Canada: 10-17 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
Asia: 10-17 business days
Shipping time depends on the country, public holidays, and wether there are any delays in customs in your home country
We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! However, after your package leaves our studio we have no control over the speed to which it arrives at your doorstep and are not responsible for slow post or delays due to postal problems worldwide
If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please first check your tracking number which you would have received via email. Check your local post office, and finally, contact us with your inquiry.Coppermoon is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees outside of the U.K. if you would like any more info on this then please get in touch.
My parcel had an attempted delivery but I wasn't home, how do I schedule a redelivery?
If you have missed a delivery please follow the steps below to receive your parcel. Once an attempt has been made on your parcel you will have these options
- Re-arrange a delivery using the tracking number you would have received from us via email. Use this tracking number on your postal services website to arrange a redelivery or you call your postal service to arrange a redelivery also
- Go and collect your parcel. In most cases once a delivery has been attempted it will be held in your local postal office waiting to be collected, if you are unsure what postal office this is just give your postal service a ring
I need to change my address/ I put the wrong address in at the checkout
We will always help out if we can but it’s essential that you get in touch with us ASAP if your parcel address is not correct or your going to be on holiday when your parcel is delivered.
If your parcel is shipped before you get in contact with us about your address change then unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for this.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour. After this time your order may have shipped and we wouldn't be able to cancel this for you so contacting us as soon as possible is vital.
We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! We offer exchanges and returns within 21 days of your purchase date.
First please email email@example.com so we can better understand why you would like a refund.
We recommended that you return goods as a Tracked and Signed service so you have peace of mind, if you decide to send it as an untracked service and it becomes lost in the mail we won't be able to help you. Please ensure that your item is packaged protectively, if there are any damages to your item due to poor protection or wrapping once it arrives back to our studio we will have to deduct a percentage of this from your refund

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your money back to you minus the original shipping cost. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching us. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
*** There are no refunds accepted on custom orders or orders that have received any customisations at the customers request
**** There are no refunds and exchanges on any of our mirror products as they can become dusty once used or opened
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
We package and send our creations with a great deal of care and attention to ensure they arrive to you in a perfect condition.
If your order does arrive damaged please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org
You will have an option of a partial refund or a replacement depending on the level of damage your order has sustained
Eco-friendly shipping materials
Because we love and want to take care of our Earth, Coppermoon products are packaged and shipped with recyclable materials - This includes gummy recyclable paper tape, paper wrapping paper, bubble wrap that can be recycled and biodegradable packing peanuts (they dissolve in water!)
