Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Your shipping cost all depend on how much you order as it all depends on the weight of your item
Q: How can I know when new products get added to the shop? When does your shop update?
A: We restock the shop throughout the week! You can also sign up to get SMS or email alerts of sold out products to be notified when they are back in stock.
Coppermoon is most active on instagram @_coppermoon_ on here we will show the date of the next shop update which is approximately every other Sunday, the shop update date will also appear at the top of the website.
Q: There is an item in your store that I am interested in but is sold out, am I able to pre-order this or is there any way you can let me know when it is back in stock?
A: We restock throughout the week so you can sign up to receive SMS and email alerts for the products that are sold out. We occasionally do pre-orders and this is usually announced via our email list. To sign up to receive our twice monthly emails just head to the bottom of the website where you will see the easy sign up link.

Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Coppermoon products are all unique handmade items, so we cannot offer special bulk discounts to other resellers or stores.
Q: How long will it take me to receive my order?
Please allow between 3-8 days for us to pack + proccess your order. Once it has left the workshop it will take between 2-3 days for it to arrive in the UK and all international orders are approx. 1-2 weeks
Q: Can I change my address after ordering?
Please get in touch with us as this would be at our discretion, unfortunately as we are a small busy team mistakes can be made if we start changing and amending addresses so we tend not to allow this : )
Q: Do you offer refunds and exchanges
A: Yes we do, just pay for the shipping back to us and make sure it comes in the same packaging and your order will be refunded or exchanged.
