Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We ship worldwide so your shipping cost depends on where you are ordering from and also the weight of your order. We have many designs and creations in our store and each one has varying weights to them. Your shipping cost all depend on how much you order and the order weight of each item you order. 


Q:  How can I know when new products get added to the shop? When does your shop update?

A: We restock the shop throughout the week! You can also sign up to get SMS or email alerts of sold out products to be notified when they are back in stock. 

Coppermoon is most active on instagram @_coppermoon_ on here we will show the date of the next shop update which is approximately every other Sunday, the shop update date will also appear at the top of the website.  


Q: Do you Use Eco-friendly shipping materials?

A: We care about mama Earth, Coppermoon products are packaged and shipped with recyclable materials - This includes gummy recyclable paper tape, paper wrapping paper, bubble wrap that can be recycled and biodegradable packing peanuts (they dissolve in water!) Q:  There is an item in your store that I am interested in but is sold out, am I able to pre-order this or is there any way you can let me know when it is back in stock? 

A: We restock throughout the week so you can sign up to receive SMS and email alerts for the products that are sold out. We occasionally do pre-orders and this is usually announced via our email list. To sign up to receive our twice monthly emails just head to the bottom of the website where you will see the easy sign up link.  


Q:  Do you do wholesale?

A: Coppermoon products are all unique handmade items, so we cannot offer special bulk discounts to other resellers or stores. 


Q: How long will it take me to receive my order? 

A: Please allow between 3-7 days for us to pack + process your order. 

Each order is made by us in our studio and shipped from the U.K.

U.K : 2-3 business days

United States : 10 - 14  business days

Australia : 10-17 business days

Canada: 10-17 business days

Europe: 5-7 business days

Asia: 10-17 business days


Shipping time depends on the country, public holidays, and customs.

We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! However, after your package leaves our studio we have no control over the speed to which it arrives to your doorstep 

If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please first check your tracking number which you would have received via email. Check your local post office, and finally, contact us with your inquiry.

Coppermoon is not responsible for any customs or taxes when your parcel arrives in your specific country, if you need more information of if you would like to know if your parcel will incur charges then please get in touch at infor@coppermoonboutique.com


Q: Do you offer refunds and exchanges

A: Yes we do, just pay for the shipping back to us and make sure it comes in the same packaging and your order will be refunded or exchanged. For more information please look at our 'order & refunds' link at the bottom of our website

*** Please note we do not accept refunds on any of our mirror products, as soon as they have been opened they can become dusty or marked so we do not accept refunds on these products ********



Q. My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

A. We package and send our creations with a great deal of care and attention to ensure they arrive to you in a perfect condition.

If your order does arrive damaged please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item to  kate@coppermoonboutique.com we deal with each inquiry on a case by case basis.
