Thank you for visiting! Firstly we would like to take a moment to say a heart felt thank you to all of you who have supported Coppermoon over the last few years
Whether you have been shopping with me for a while, or have just found us, we are so grateful that you are here in this space and hope that you find a handmade piece that will add some magic and sacredness into your home.
Coppermoon has been a one woman show since its creation in 2014 but is soon to become a double act as my fiancé leaves his career to join me in November this year. Together we will be creating bespoke handmade pieces for your sacred spaces. As everything is made by us at our home he has been learning how to make each product in the evenings since August this year and is enjoying the process so much. There are no words that can convey how truly grateful we are to all of you who make this possible, for both of us to work at home together is a dream come true.
As the daughter of a woodworker, I spent many hours in the workshop at the bottom of the garden with my father, learning and tinkering away with such facination! The unique grain of each piece of wood, the smell, the way it felt after it had been worked and sanded back. Little did I know that this would become my dream job one day!
My love for crystals started when I was 15 at Girl Guides. We went away on a trip to the quaint little town on the south coast of the U.K called Lyme regis. We were booked onto a fossilising walk along the jurassic coast and after finding a fossilised Ammonite I was hooked, completly fascinated by fossils to this current day. It wasn’t long before this turned into a love of crystals too and I remember weekends away in my late teens always trying to find local crystal shops where I might find unique crystals for my collection. This influenced my future studies by studying Geology at college and university. Its fair to say that crystals are now a very important part of my life.
Coppermoon started back in 2014 when I began making copper gemstone jewellery and selling them at festivals. The name stemmed from my fledgling copper work and, like most of you here, my love for the moon. Alas ‘Coppermoon’ was born. I have always loved creating and from a young age I always wanted to sell my handicrafts and have that fulfilment within me that someone has my creations in their home.
I hope you find something on our site that will help you to build that sacred space in your home
....and if theres anything else you need don't hesitate to get in touch
Sending you warmth and love!
